 Overview
Tumacacori National Monument was established in 1908. The physical remains of the mission church San Jose de Tumacacori and the associated cemetery, mortuary chapel, and portions of the convento area are included in the self-guided walking tour. An adobe Visitor Center, built in 1937, contains exhibits. The adjacent patio garden displays plants of the mission period.

Fees: The entrance fee is $3.00 per person age 16 or older, and is valid for seven days.

Open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, except Thanksgiving and December 25.

There are no hiking trails within Tumacacori National Historical Park. But just to the north of the parking area is the trailhead for the Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail. A map is available.
