Red Rocks Park is in a unique transitional zone where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains. This diverse environment allows the visitor to see plants, birds, and animals of both regions.

Hours: The Park is open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. In the event of a performance, visitors to the park will be instructed as to when the park will close.

Directions:

Red Rocks Park is located near Morrison, Colorado, 15 miles west of Denver.

  • Coming from downtown, take I-70 west to Exit 259. Turn left at the bottom of the Morrison exit ramp, drive downhill for 1.5 miles to the Park entrance.
  • Coming from south Denver, take C-470 to the Morrison exit, then turn west and follow the signs to the Park entrance.

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times.
