Pyramid Trail
Distance: 3 miles round trip Rating: Easy to Moderate
Elevation: Summit elevation: 7,487 feet. Total Ascent: N/A
Trailhead: Behind the rodeo grounds. Follow the signs.
Description: A fairly easy hike, with a few short ascents, over a natural surface of sandstone, loose rock, and loose sand. Excellent views of colorful rock formations and the surrounding area. Exposed, with little shade cover.
