Cove Fort is a pioneer way station built in 1867 and restored to the period with authentic furnishings and artifacts. It is owned and operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who offer free guided tours peppered (of course) with a bit of proselytizing.

Restrooms, drinking water, and picnic area.


One mile north of Exit 1 off of I-70, and two miles south of Exit 135 off of I-15.
