Silver Reef Overlook Trail
Distance: ~.5 miles round trip. Rating: Easy to Moderate
Elevation: 3,310 feet Total Ascent:  
Trailhead: Near the restrooms on the campground loop. There is a prominent sign.
Description: Leads up through red sandstone to an overlook above the Silver Reef Valley.
Red Cliffs Nature Trail
Distance: ~1 mile round trip. Rating: Easy
Elevation: 3,312 feet Total Ascent:  
Trailhead: To the west, across the road from the main parking lot, near the picnic area.
Description: Offers a beautiful hike through a narrow slot canyon with towering red rock walls that lead to several pools.
Little Man Archaeological Site Trail
Distance: ~1 mile round trip Rating: Easy
Elevation: 3,186 feet Total Ascent:  
Trailhead: Watch for foot paths leading from the east side of the campground loop, off toward a high rise in the desert vegetation. The ruins are covered and these can be easily seen from the road.
Description: This is a short hike through the open desert landscape to several ancient food storage pits that have been excavated and reconstructed. There are good views of the surrounding territory from this higher elevation.
