| Trailhead: | To the west, across the road from the main parking lot, near the picnic area. | ||
| Description: | Offers a beautiful hike through a narrow slot canyon with towering red rock walls that lead to several pools. | ||

| Trailhead: | Watch for foot paths leading from the east side of the campground loop, off toward a high rise in the desert vegetation. The ruins are covered and these can be easily seen from the road. | ||
| Description: | This is a short hike through the open desert landscape to several ancient food storage pits that have been excavated and reconstructed. There are good views of the surrounding territory from this higher elevation. | ||
