Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. This page contains our personal notes on our visit to the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area in Washington.
 Personal Notes

 Saturday, September 20, 2003

After we visited Grand Coulee Dam (see the Grand Coulee Dam Notes for more details) we drove up above the dam, where there is another set of parking lots which provide views of the reservoir, Lake Roosevelt, and the upper portions of the dam. The water was a deep blue and looked inviting, although there were no boats on the lake. The reservoir is the main feature in the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area.

From there we continued on to the southeast, through Spokane toward our evenings destination in Missoula, Montana.
