Castle Gardens rises out of the badlands, a stone forest of white spires, giant toadstools, and other fascinating formations eroded from the Teapot Sandstone member of the Mesa Verde Formation. Sage and juniper surround this geological wonderland.

Hours: Open from May through October.
Visitor Center: No
Facilities: Picnic tables, vault toilet, fire pits, and grills. No drinking water.
Directions:

Signs lead to the site. From Ten Sleep, drive two miles west on U.S. 16 to Two Mile Hill Road (at map coordinates: 44 01.428N; 107 30.305W.) Then drive six miles south on Two Mile Hill Road (dirt) to the Gardens.
