Birds

There are hundreds of varieties of birds in canyon country. An entire Web site could be dedicated to birds alone. What you will find here are photos, brief descriptions, and some basic information on the more interesting and unusual birds that we have seen while hiking or camping in The West. Due to the difficulty of capturing these elusive critters on film, some of these images have been taken from a clip art collection.
