This table provides an approximate range of temperatures, precipitation, and cloud cover for this geographic area. Actual daily figures will vary, depending upon current climate conditions. This information was borrowed from The Complete Guide to America's National Parks (1990-1991 Edition) and other sources.
See Canyon Country Weather for more information.
- This table characterizes the lower elevations areas of the Parks. Most of the park area is at higher elevations and, as such, temperatures will average at least five degrees colder.
- Precipitation will be much greater; the precipitation on the high windward slopes can be expected to be twice that shown here.
